Recently, primarily due to the increasing number of electronics devised in hour homes and with the development of new 5 G system, more and more people are asking about how to protect themselves from the EMF’s.

Prolonged exposure to EMFs may cause symptoms including headaches, anxiety, depression, nausea, fatigue, loss of libido and more.  If you’re one of those people who can feel the effects of EMFs or if you want to boost your protective field from EMFs, the crystals can help you.

𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰

Just keeping everything very simple, when we come to radiations, we talk mainly about ionized (x-ray UV) and non-ionized radiation.  The non-ionized are the ones that surround us most of the time, and they are divided into two types: optic (UVA) and electromagnetic (PC/ Microwaves/ mobiles/games console/radio/radar/WIF etc.).

𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗯 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

Usually, in physic is well know that the Iron is one of the powerful radiation absorbers; therefore, ferromagnetic crystal-like the hematite or pyrite can become a valid help against the EMFs.

Some people suggest to use pure copper (ok for me) or copper content crystals like turquoise or malachite; this is primarily due to the copper ability to attenuate magnetic and electrical waves. Anyway, They are not among my favourite crystals for the EMFs just because It is important to remember that although copper is effective at shielding against EMF radiation, it does not absorb it and for me the quantity present in them is not enough.

Generally, I prefer black or darker crystals when I am thinking of EMFs. The black is in nature, a colour that absorbs, and the darker stones usually provide help also with the grounding, another very remarkable factor to count when we talk of radiations.

As last but not least, some crystals like the Covellite, Hematite or lazurite can be considered very good with the radiations since they are also Anisotropic. Back to physic, in order to absorb incident radiation, we need to use interference, and the anisotropic crystals can also provide this effect, especially the one with a doubly Refracting quality.

𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗠𝗙’𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗲 – works very well because it is both ferromagnetic and anisotropic. It is also a powerful grounding stone! The hematite with its trigonal/hexagonal inner structure and iron content help to bring balance, a solid vision of the reality absorbing all the emanation of the spirit and transforming them in physical forms. 
Because it carries an in-depth and consistent energy, I always suggest to use it as a tumble stone or to wear the hematite as a bracelet or in a ring. I usually do not advise to wear this crystal up to the solar plexus (just the first 3 chakras – it could be too heavy for your heart).

𝗣𝘆𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 – this cubic “fool’s gold’ sparkle your grounding absorbing and purifying thanks its sulphur content like the hematite is a powerful grounding not ideal for over-sensitive people. Pyrites natural Octahedral crystal system transforms the radiation enchanting the vitality and the energy of the person pushing the reconnection with mother earth and its core. Again, I suggest to place this crystal just over the first three chakras and maybe carry it as a chunky piece/bracelet or in a very long pendant.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗲 – Shungite has been used as a folk medical treatment since the early 18th century. It is well known for its proven water purifying and anti-bacterial properties thanks to the 90% of carbon content. You can wear this crystal in any form because its energy is gentle and purifying at the cellular level. It is the only known natural source of fullerenes on Earth (except for a few meteorites) and if we look at the hexagons and pentagons atomic bound that you can find in its inner structure the capacity to create the shield you need. I love this crystal because it can also bring balance revelling very quickly the disharmony on the physical and emotional level. It is a rare crystal, and what you find on the market is often not good, so be careful.

𝗕l𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 – one of my favourites (even though it’s a silicate).  It has a very consistent energy; usually, it works well on the root chakra and also as a grounder.  I suggest to place a big chunk of it around your computer or your electric devices. This stone transmutes and clear the energy, is not a sweet pie because it goes directly to the point of removing the imbalance.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲:  

☢𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘋𝘰 𝘕𝘖𝘛 use any powerfully magnetic crystal near your laptop or external hard drives because they can compromise your data. (NO Hematite and Pyrite around your pc!)

☢𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘋𝘰 𝘕𝘖𝘛 use any Quartz (or other silicate crystals) near electronic devices because they are semiconductors of energy and will amplify the EMFs from said devices. (the Black tourmaline is fine)
